About the Role

Mission Critical: You will be working on most challenging problems and impactful products – whether it’s optimizing cross-border logistics through ML, architecting high-load B2B systems, developing service infrastructure with AI agents, or pioneering LLM-driven internal tools

Direct Impact: Drive significant business impact by combining technical excellence with smart, innovative ideas that improve user experience and optimize business efficiency.

Who You Are

You are an Exceptional Software Engineer: You have a track record of building complex, reliable systems and possess a deep understanding of the full stack, from infrastructure to ML-serving

You are "AI Ready": You treat tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc. as extensions of your own capabilities to move faster and think bigger

You are confident in making decisions grounded in data and measurable outcomes
