Sourcing Team Lead

JoomPro is the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. It serves small, medium, and large businesses, handling orders of any size from start to finish. Today, JoomPro operates in Brazil and Mexico, with plans to into other markets.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

We are now looking for a Sourcing Team Lead to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive team performance through strong project management and hands-on execution

Responsibilities

Distribute and monitor workload across the team

Maintain regular 1-on-1s to provide feedback and support professional growth

Set, track and be responsible for the team KPIs

Lead the development and optimization of cross-functional processes in collaboration with legal, sales, supply, QC and product teams

Define and manage priorities across initiatives and projects to support business goals

Maintain end-to-end oversight of key deals and strategic initiatives

Collaborate with the product team to improve features based on business needs and operational insights

Requirements

Proven experience leading and developing a team of multiple direct reports (4+), including performance management and team growth

Sourcing experience in relevant industries (e-commerce, retail, consumer goods)

Strong project management capabilities with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives

Ability to independently handle all operational tasks

Ability to break down company objectives into measurable team goals and analyze performance metrics to drive results

Strong data analytics skills

Fluent English (C1)
