We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to build and lead our process that aligns fleet demand with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and financial plans. This role will sit within the Logistics organization and serve as a key cross-functional integrator, ensuring that demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and cost assumptions are connected through a single planning process that enables clear decisions and disciplined execution.
This individual will establish the S&OP governance, cadence, and decision-making framework needed to align business priorities with operational capabilities. Compensation
